Title: ASL (American Sign Language) Instructor
Location: Eastern Massachusetts

Duties:

-Provide ASL instruction in person, at DEAF, Inc. offices, and offsite at a different location

-Report to supervisor with concerns or issues from within classes

Qualifications:

-Native or near native ASL signer

-Two years teaching experience

-Familiar with ASL curriculums (True+Way ASL, Signing Naturally, ASL at Work)

-Knowledgeable about Deaf culture

-Have your own equipment and working knowledge of technology

-Knowledgeable about working with learners from diverse educational, cultural and language backgrounds preferred
